Help Sylvia Wasserman repair her sewer line

Sylvia is a dear friend who is in dire straits. Her sewer line needs extensive repair. According to the estimate, it requires excavation in her backyard, installation of new PVC, inspection by the City of Dearborn, then backfill of the trench. Unfortunately, her homeowner's insurance does not cover repairs on the outside. This was an additional rider which she could not afford. We have exhausted all resources. They either don't cover the entire cost, or she has to borrow the money, which she would not be able to pay back. Her father, OBM, was a Holocaust survivor and her mother is in a nursing home. She does not have any relatives who can cover this entire cost. Please help Sylvia so she can continue to live comfortably in the home she grew up in.
