We would like to introduce you to our dear friends, the O’Connor family. They have lived in Johnstown PA for the past few years but were part of our church and school community in Zelienople PA prior to moving.

Patrick O’Connor and his wife Kimberly have eight beautiful children. Their oldest son serves in the United States Marine Corps and their oldest daughter is a teacher at a Catholic Elementary School. The younger children’s ages range between 8 and 19 years old. Patrick and Kimberly are loving, devoted, and nurturing parents who are committed to their family and to their faith. Patrick has also been a contributing cooperator of The Warwick House in Pittsburgh.

Recently, Patrick was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. The prognosis is poor and he has begun chemotherapy in Pittsburgh. This illness has caused great emotional, financial, and physical stress to Patrick and his family. His cancer diagnosis requires frequent trips to Pittsburgh from Johnstown for medical appointments and for chemotherapy. This unexpected diagnosis has been devastating and has placed an enormous financial strain on the O’Connor family. They are in immediate need of financial help for travel, necessities, home expenses, car repairs, and medical care.

Please find it in your heart to make a donation to help the O’Connor family who are in critical need of resources. We pray for the best outcome for Patrick as he battles this terrible disease. We pray for his wife and children to have strength as they go through this journey with him. Our hope is to make this easier for them as they endure this challenge.
