Hi my name is seham , I have created this fundraiser to help my family(mother, father , maryam, heba, Ahmed, Dana, jood, Emad, Rawda ) in Gaza
my family sent me a message below to share with you
"Hello, I am Heba iam a sis for seham . I want to tell you about my suffering from the beginning of the war from October 7th until today. We spent the first week in Gaza. During this short period, we were subjected to many threats of evacuation due to the bombing that took place near us. After that, we were displaced on October 13th to the south of Gaza, specifically in the Alzawaida area. . We slept in a large number of people, 12 people, in a place 3 meters by 3 meters on a mat on the ground. There were no mattresses or headrests (pillows). We suffered from a lack of drinking water and pollution in the place, and overcrowding and crowding to use the bathroom. We waited an hour until we could use the bathroom
We also suffered from the lack of meat or chicken, and all we ate was canned. Our children suffered from the lack of food for them, such as milk and eggs. We also suffered from the high prices of diapers and their lack of availability, to the point that the price of a pack of diapers ranged from $50 to $70 We were living in a place in Zawaida with people who evicted us because we were unable to pay the rent We were forced to flee to Rafah
my family, and our children stayed in Rafah for nearly three months, suffering from lack of food, lack of clean water, lack of cooking gas, and lack of medication that my father needs for chronic hypertension and diabetes, and the disc in the back , which my father has been suffering from for several years. He needs physical therapy and medical pillows. Comfortable mattress for sleeping
During these times, I lost my elderly grandfather due to the famine we are experiencing in Rafah
We also received news from northern Gaza that the occupation destroyed our house
Bad news comes from everywhere !!!!!
.We were subjected to a 10-day siege in Rafah, and the occupation army launched violent shelling and fired live bullets at the place. The place was evacuated and my family and I headed to Deir al-Balah
and until now the bombing is ongoing and we are suffering from the lack of water and electricity and the lack of use of the Internet. To be able to use the Internet, we have to walk a distance of 20 minutes and we buy Internet cards that last for hours for money and we charge our mobile phones with money... We are suffering from high prices and there are no necessities of life and no source of income and we are suffering from the presence of insects in the tents and the hot weather and eating canned food that has caused us diseases
We also suffer from transportation and its high cost. We have started riding a cart pulled by an animal. People have started putting vegetable oil in their cars as fuel instead of gasoline and diesel, and this pollutes the air. Also, using firewood to cook food due to the lack of gas causes cancer, asthma, and difficulty breathing
