K9 Commando Fundraising Pack Walk
Join us for a fundraising pack walk!
Date: 18 August 2024
Time: 11:00 - 12:00
Location: Plymouth
We invite you to join us for a pack walk around the Plymouth seaside to support a cause close to our hearts. The walk will start at The Barcode, taking us through the Barbican, Hoe Park, and concluding back at The Barcode.
This special pack walk is dedicated to raising funds for the Kennel Club Charitable Trust's Canine Cancer Research, in memory of a beloved family member we recently lost to cancer. Your participation and donations will help advance this important research.
Please Note: While our regular pack walks are free, we kindly ask for a donation to participate in this fundraising event. Any amount is greatly appreciated.
Pack walk rules:
Our pack walks are guided by trainers who are there to support everyone and assist throughout the walk. These walks are designed to help dogs work on and improve their neutrality, while also creating a safe place to work on your individual training goals. The walks promote a nonjudgmental environment and welcome everyone, regardless of their experience or their dog's behavior. Participation is open to all, and you don't have to be a current client to join.
We have specific rules for our pack walks to ensure safety and productivity. If you plan to attend, please make sure to adhere to these guidelines:
- All dogs must be leashed and stay leashed throughout the walk
- Avoid allowing dogs to greet each other
- Do not use flexi leashes
- Maintain space between each dog team
- Ensure your dog's gear is secure to prevent escape
- If your dog requires a muzzle, we recommend using one
We will meet outside of BrewDog, which is located in the Barcode.
