Burlington couple struck by drunk driver

On Saturday, February 24th, I received a call from my sister, Kelsey, that my dad and step mom were in an accident and were hit by an intoxicated driver. My dad was unconscious at the scene and was life-lined to Froedtert, while Cori was taken by ambulance. Cori suffered several broken ribs, a fractured skull, subarachnoid hemorrhage (bleeding in the brain), contusions and lacerations and although stable, is suffering with a lot of pain and trauma.

My dad (Randy) has a TBI (traumatic brain injury). He’s suffered several bleeds throughout his brain as well as rib and spinal fractures. Due to being on a blood thinner, his injuries are extensive and his prognosis is unknown. As of right now he is unable to follow/comprehend basic commands.

We are asking for funds to help with medical/daily bills, as Cori will be off work for an unknown amount of time.
