Haiti Medical Mission Trip

Hey everybody! I'm very excited to be participating in Howard University's International Medicine Service Learning Program to Haiti this June 25th-July 2nd. The goal is to provide quality healthcare to under-served Haitians and to learn about the specific social, economic and medical issues at play. We will be working in clinics in two cities--Forte Liberte and Cap-Haitien. It is an inter-disciplinary trip that includes physicians and other medical, nursing and dental students. Some of my clinical focus on the trip will be in pediatrics and surgery. It will be an amazing experience and I feel very lucky to be involved. 

I must raise as close to my goal as possible to get to Haiti, so I appreciate anything you can give. Help this future young doctor partipate in an amazing service-learning opportunity.  Thank you !
