My name is Charlie. This is for the family of my son, Justin. Justin was 38 when a heart attack took him from us. He had Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. . I ask that everyone get tested for this and do anything possible to fight it. Justin did not have life insurance or savings. He was a hard worker. He leaves a wife and Three children with no income.
