Gabe’s Medical Expenses

Thanks for taking the time to read about my brother Gabe. On July 9, 2023 Gabe was having complications breathing and was taken to Whittier Hospital. He was admitted into the ICU with an extreme case of pneumonia and heart failure. The first few days became especially difficult because one of his lungs was completely filled with blood and fluids and his blood pressure was at one point 350/150 paired with a fever. Since then treatments have ranged from surgery to breathing machines but thankfully with his fighting spirit he’s been able to avoid both options as of today.

He has been bedridden and today, July 16th, was able

to stand up and walk for 5 minutes.

Soon he will be moved out of ICU and into a normal room. However, he has a long way to recovery and doctors are still uncertain if the effected lung will be complete healed.

All funds raised will be used to help cover his medical expenses and bills since was the sole provider to his family.
