My son Ahmed 10

I start my story with a word from my spoiled little girl who is 9 years old, Dad, I want to go to heaven. I tell her why do you fry me so I can eat everything.
And my eldest son who is 14 years old, I say to me, Dad, death rather than humiliation.
The most painful words.
And when my wife agrees with my children, what do you think about seeing who will lose the most? Let's not have dinner.
Of course, this is not a diet, but rather from the lack of food and the inability to buy these necessities.
The war events began with the random firing of missiles on the Strip and assassinations, so they were difficult days.
More than one place near me, houses and mosques, was bombed, and a residential area next to our house was bombed. The house was bombed and is now unfit for living. The sounds of the bombing and destruction were very strong. We miraculously survived, and my son was hit by shrapnel in the face. Thank God, we left the house without taking any clothes or belongings. We fled to our relative's house in the middle of the night, full of fear and anxiety. A few days after our displacement, the area was subjected to violent bombing. They bombed a mosque behind our relatives' house, and their house was severely damaged. We fled again to the Rafah area, and we suffered from the severe cold and lack of water. We buy water, which is not fit for drinking. We also buy firewood to light a fire and heat water for bathing. We lived in a tent, which was unfit for living in terms of space, because I was with my sister, her husband, and her children in the same tent. This was because I could not afford to buy a tent, which costs about 2,500 shekels. After a long struggle, we were able to build a tent to protect us from the heat.
At this moment, the illness I was suffering from, which was an asthma attack, worsened. I had been suffering from it before the war, but in those difficult circumstances that we lived in the war, the problem (asthma) worsened. In those conditions, treatments were scarce and we could not buy them, such as sprays called Symbicort, which I used to take in times of crisis, but I could not obtain it in those difficult circumstances, and this led to the deterioration of my health.
Also, my wife got tired from the contaminated food and contaminated water, which led to an intestinal infection. She suffers from a stomach germ, acid reflux, and second-degree heart valve reflux. She needs treatment, but it was not available at the time, which increased the deterioration of her health.
My children were exposed to severe intestinal infections from the cold, unhealthy food, and the difficulty of obtaining it as well.
My little daughter was exposed to involuntary urination as a result of the extreme fear that we were living in.
We lived through very difficult days. The sound of the planes that were in the sky of the sector all the time, they never left the sky, and the sounds of the cannons and the violent shelling day and night. We used to sleep and wake up to the sounds of the shelling and destruction that surrounded us from every side. At that moment, and with the passage of time, we were in the same situation, living in fear, hunger and deprivation of everything due to the siege that was imposed on us and the scarcity of food supplies, which led to a crazy rise in prices. It reached the point that our children would sleep without dinner due to the lack of food. We used to stand in line at the bakery for long hours to get a loaf of bread, which could last up to 8 hours. We also used to stand in line for drinking water. The suffering we experienced in the war was great and influential.
