Acrobats Unite to help Andrew Halford
Donation protected
Andrew Halford is the sweetest, hardest working person on the planet. He has dedicated his life to teaching children and adults tumbling, stunting, and acrobatics. He is a man of simple needs, and would never ask for help; that's why I'm doing it for him.
A week ago, Andrew was on his way to the cheer gym to teach a group of children on his motorcycle, his only reliable transportation, when a man made and illegal U turn in front of him and struck Andrew. He did his best to avoid the accident, but the bike struck the man's front fender, and sent Andrew flying over the vehicle,s hood. He did not break any bones, but sustained a laceration on his knee, and has several very large hematomas on his legs, back, and buttocks. He is beat up pretty bad. His income depends on him being able to spot kids and adults, and he can't do that for the foreseeable future. We have a personal injury lawyer that is in our acrobatics community that is helping him with all of the legal aspects of the accident, but these things take time to settle. I'm asking for help for Andrew to keep him fed, to help him with increasing medical costs, and the loss of his transportation. Any help you can give would be amazing; even small amounts like $5 will go a long way with him!
