In Loving Memory of Nancy Gilchrist

I started this GoFundMe to help raise funds for my lifelong best friend to help with the burial of her mother and any other expenses the family will incur as a result of this tragedy. On March 23rd, 2024, Nancy unfortunately lost her battle to Wilson's disease, a rare genetic disorder that causes an excess amount of copper to accumulate in the body ultimately leading to organ failure. She has been fighting this battle since the early 2000s, but symptoms began to progress aggressively in 2014. Nancy was a loving and selfless mother who would do anything in her power to help someone in need.

Please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers during this time of need. I have set her daughter as the beneficiary of this fund. I will update with the memorial service as soon as possible. Thank you!
