Emergency car repairs

Hi all. My name is Eden and I was scammed pretty badly when I bought my first car in the fall of 2022. I was sold a 2009 Hyundai Accent SE under the pretense of it having passed inspection and being safe to drive with no issues. While I got my mechanic friend to tell me what to look for when testing the car, I was lied to by the used car dealer and since they had removed the owner's manual before I came to get the car, I was caught unaware. When I took my car to my friend for an inspection since the car was bought out of state, it failed 9 separate points of inspection, including having bad ball joints and other issues that made it a hazard to drive. These problems were corrected for about $1000, but unfortunately, not everything was fixed. The airbag light has been on since the day I got it and the TPMS light has stayed on pretty consistently since then as well.
When I took my car more recently to a Hyundai dealership (as they are the only ones who can fix the airbag light), I was told that the seat pressure sensor is broken and the entire seat needs to be replaced since the system isn't detecting any weight in the driver's seat - meaning the airbag will not deploy if there is an accident, making the car very dangerous to drive. Additionally, the breaks are shot and the TPMS sensor needs to be replaced and calibrated. The total cost is about $3,000; this is more than I paid for the car which I am still paying off. I was told by my mechanic friend that only a Hyundai dealer can do some of these specialized repairs, and that the other repairs should also be done at the dealership to save time and because the price is fair. I need my car to get to work; I cannot afford to Uber and so on. I have until February 22, 2023 to come up with the funds, but I would prefer to get this taken care of sooner so that I can consistently make it to work. I am low-income and just started this job, so I have no way to raise the funds without help. Please share widely, thanks.
