Please help us stay open!

Hi, my name is Brittany and I am one of the Owners/Operators of Wowfulls food trailer. My husband and i had bought our food trailer used and was told it met all inspection requirements and was already permitted in our state. We was ready to operate just needed to get our fire inspection done. When we went we failed due to the hood vents, & fan was outdated and we needed to upgrade to continue to operate. With food costs, supplies, & travel expenses we make enough from sales to just cover those items, a hood system is impossible to invest in right now. My husband and i work the trailer by ourselves full time trying to raise 2 girls as well. We were given just a short couple months to upgrade or we will be shut down until then.
