Nepal Earthquake Relief Fund

The recent 7.8 RS earthquake has devastated Nepal and especially the capital, Kathmandu, and many remote villages dotting the landscape. The most recent figures put the death toll at 4600 and many more wounded. Social media is flooded with grim pictures showing the loss of life and property. Having been born and raised in Nepal, Dr. Sanjaya Khanal, Dr. Kumud Nepal and I (Prashant Upreti) are deeply moved and we want to give back to our country and community. Our goal is simple : we want to provide immediate, short term medical treatment and relief to the victims. Our primary focus is going to be setting up mobile health camps in the district of Nuwakot, and if time permits, we will extend our support to other counties and Kathmandu. Dr. Khanal will be departing for Nepal with supplies this week and we will reinforce supplies with the funds raised here. Please donate generously.
