Crystal Parker & Family need help through Hospice

My name is Lee-Ann and I became friends with Crystal and Shea shortly after they had their son Brodie in 2016. It wasn't long after he came into this world that Crystal was diagnosed with a very aggressive Breast Cancer, and wasn't given much time.

After surgery and Chemo, Crystal buckled down for the fight of her life, because she was determined to live so that her son would not have to live without her and without knowing her love. I have never met a woman with such strength and grace facing this fight with an unwillingness to give into this monster trying to take her out. It started to spread through out her body, but she has never given up or given in.

Fast forward through some of the toughest times any family should have to face. Loss of health, loss of income, loss of home, and a move 5 hours from all of their friends and support. Shea, Crystal and Brodie have come through these past almost 6 years exhausted, beaten and bruised.

Unfortunately, on January 24th Shea announced to all that the fight was over and Crystal was being moved to Hospice and that he had to take a leave of absence to be by her side until their time is up. Both continue to keep things as normal as possible for Brodie, involving him in forest school, hockey, and any activities they can afford. However...now the costs of daily living have become too much for them to handle. Thanks to the unwavering strength of Crystal we have no idea how long she will be with us. Although we know it won't be long in the grand scheme of things, we know it will be longer than their finances will allow.

So please, I'm asking for whoever can, to please donate anything you can to help them through this. Finances should not be their focus at this time. Loving and creating memories should be all they have to worry about until they are forced to say goodbye. ❣️
