Domino's Cancer Treatment

Our poor sweet Domino has osteosarcoma... We are going to do everything we can to get her all treatment options available!

Domino's CT scan revealed that her tumor is completely removable! We raised the $3500 needed for this and her abdominal ultrasound!! Thank you all so very very much ❤️

She will receive surgery to remove the tumor and her left eye on Wednesday June 21st. The estimate for this is $6000. After that, we will decide on radiation and/or chemotherapy which are $6000 each.

Osteosarcoma usually affects long bones like arms or legs, but Domino's tumor is in her face! Through the amazing staff at the Oncology Service we learned that this is actually the best place for this type of tumor to occur! It has a low chance of reoccurring especially with radiation and chemo after the removal surgery. Radiation treatment will also involve us travelling for several weeks to locations where this is offered. With all of this, she will have many years left cancer-free! 

I would be so very grateful for any amount anyone could provide for her continued treatment. Domino is my second born baby and first foster fail ☺️ she is a very important reason for where I am today and I couldn't do what I do without her. She is silly, opinionated, so very loving (almost violently), playful, and spry. She is 11, but runs and plays like a puppy. She has been in excellent spirits throughout everything so far- surgeries, swollen eyes, not being able to play fetch or chew bones due to sutures, and beyond. I love my girl so much and know she has plenty of life left in her. Thank you for your thoughts, prayers, monetary help, and encouraging words ♥️
