Tabatha's Memorial Fund

Tabatha Politis-Johnson-Gray suffered a heart attack on July 5th and was admitted to the hospital on life support. After further testing, it was determined that she had damage to her brain as well and would not recover. She leaves behind two young boys, James and Matthew, and many people in her life that loved her greatly. She was a wonderfully bright and intelligent woman that loved hard and was fiercely loyal to people close to her. She had a smile that made people feel comfortable and a laugh that infected anyone in listening distance. There will be a hole in so many people's lives from this tragedy. Her boys were her entire life and she was a phenomenal mother. We are asking for help to fund her memorial services and to take financial strain off of her family so they can take this time to grieve and heal. Any help is greatly appreciated and we will try to keep everyone updated as the days go on.
