Tadzy’s Road to Recovery

Family & friends, it’s time to come together to help one of our own - our beautiful daughter, sister, & friend Tadzy Hall.

 

Earlier this year, Tadzy started having health issues as to what she initially thought was a severe sinus infection. She went to an urgent care and from there was referred to an ENT Doctor where she was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called Esthesioneuroblastoma. This cancer started in the nasal cavity as a tumor but unfortunately, for Tadzy it has spread from the nasal cavity to her brain and she now has to undergo two (2) different surgical procedures to remove the cancerous tumors.

 

Tadzy wasn't eligible for Short Term Disability with her current employer and she is now on leave without pay, which as you can imagine is very stressful. She has had to pay out of pocket for all her full prescriptions needed for pre-surgery treatment. She was assigned a medical Social Worker to help her through some of these obstacles - bills, disability medication, SSA - but it is simply just not enough.

 

Her family is first and foremost asking for all of your prayers for Tadzy to have a successful surgery & to help her recover 100%. Going forward the family is asking friends and family not to send flowers or material items, but a financial blessing of any amount to help offset the bills that she already has and the ones to come. She has already been admitted to the hospital twice since February and has two more surgeries - the first one being on Thursday, April 7th. Her second surgery will follow 3 weeks after that. After that, she’ll need much rehabilitation but with God’s strength, she’ll be back on her feet and on the road to a full recovery.

UPDATE: Tadzy’s first surgery was a success! The surgeon was able to remove all of the tumor from her brain and she is alert and recovering. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all of your support and prayers! Please continue to pray as she still has one more surgery in a few weeks.
