Take Back Laketown Wharf
Donation protected
All, as a community we continue to see our Board of Directors and Management Company fail to provide accountability, communication, transparency, and financial responsibility while keeping the property in a condition that owners and renters feel safe. Between the continued negligence on the property, the poor reputation that has been established, to lack of fiduciary responsibilities, the owners of Laketown Wharf have had enough!
If you are interested in supporting legal action against the board and management company for their lack of due diligence and failure to perform their fiduciary responsibilities please consider making a donation to the fees to support the owners of Lake Town Wharf.
There are multiple facts and reasons, including the lease event, charges and fines by DBPR, lack of urgency as it relates to the critical parking structure and the stairwell, and failure to properly repair elevators leaving guests and residents stuck in them. There are several different examples; however, the meeting on 12/5/22 showed blatant lies about the conflict of interest in the hiring of the new attorney.
Please consider contributing to the attorney fees if you would like to contribute to hiring an outside attorney to take Laketown Wharf back. Know that no amount is too small; all funds will go towards taking our property back and then working together as a community to properly place professionals on the board.
All funds generated by the community will have receipts showing the use of any of those funds in the spirit of transparency and ensuring the community is able to take back Laketown Wharf!
