Take Lotus & Lime to New York Fashion Week!!!

 

Lotus & Lime is a small mother daughter brand on the island of O'ahu, Hawai'i, we have dreamed of heading to the big time in New York for NY Fashion Week! This past October, that wish came true as we received the coveted official invite to participate in New York Fashion Week this February 2022.

 

We now have the opportunity to share our handmade collection of wearable art clothing pieces that are culturally inspired, and infused with both our Hawaiian and Japanese Heritages. We cannot wait to represent our communities, our people, and our beautiful state, Hawai'i nei.

 

We are respectfully reaching out for your support.

 

Lotus & Lime's team of 30 professionals for this event consists of two Miss Hawaii's, a Miss Aloha Hula, an award winning filmmaker, models, creative directors, design team, make-up and hair stylists, as well as accomplished musicians, dancers and performers. All exceptionally proud to bring Hawai'i to New York City.

 

We are in hopes of reaching our goal amount of $60,000 through sponsorships, and this go fund me campaign by the end of January 2022.

 

Our breakdown of "Must Have" expenses are as follows:

 

Venue/Lighting/Production: $15,000.00

Flights: $19,560.00

Hotel: $8,990.87

Ground Transportation: $3,720.00

Meals: $11,250.00

Rehearsal Space: $1,200.00
