Takeover Radio 2020
Help Takeover Radio Children's Media Trust continue supporting Children and Young People across Leicester and Leicestershire build their skills within the media industries.
For 18 years, Takeover Radio has trained and empowered young people to produce and present their own radio shows across the airwaves in Leicester on 103.2FM. In addition to this, the organisation also support young people in all other areas of the media including video production, creative writing and journalism.
As a not for profit organisation, the trust are looking to raise vital funds for a much needed new broadcast desk, as well as additional funding to improve the station's infrastructure, allowing them to provide outreach programmes to schools and youth groups.
The Takeover 2020 campaign will allow the organisation to replace their current studio desk which has unfortunately broken down, leading to a continued service to the young people of Leicester and Leicestershire.
