Takes Caregivers Fund

The family of Lorraine Takes is asking that all memorials in her name be deposited into the Caregivers Fund established here, with all such funds to be used to benefit the staff and caregivers of Shady Rest Care Center and Hospice of Dubuque. Lorraine would be happy to know that the memorials you provide in her memory will be used to assist these wonderful people who took such good care of her during her final days, and that these memorial funds will enable them to provide continued good care and solace as they minister to the needs of others who enter or use the wonderful services these caregivers provide to all in their times of need and comfort.
