Taking Bill 96 to Court
Donation protected
The Task Force is Taking Bill 96 To Court! This egregious law is unconstitutional in many respects and must be challenged. It is divisive, destructive and an omnibus law that restructures the precedence of rights and freedoms. Since there is no political will to stop it, it is up to the Community to take action by fighting it in court. So far, our applications for government funding have been denied.
There is no donation too small. If everyone gives a little or what they can, it will add up.
Donations can be made here via credit card or sent to us via cheque to

With your support, we can get Quebec on a path where bilingualism is not a threat, but an opportunity.
Make a difference and join the Community of supporters of rights and freedoms as intended in the Canadian Constitution. The lawsuit was filed on May 31, 2023, the day before Quebec unilaterally declared itself a nation and further segregrated society; significantly limiting access to English services. We expect our fight will have to go all the way to the Supreme Court of Canada. It will be long and expensive, but not impossible. We estimate a budget of $500,000 is needed for the first phase - The Superior Court of Quebec.
Thank you for helping us fight for linguistic rights. Together we will amplify our voice.
