Talia Perkins Car Accident

Hi my name is Talia I was involved in a single car accident 6/4 and I totaled my vehicle, broke both bones in my left leg, fractured my right hip, broke 3 ribs and also damaged my spleen and kidney. I was unresponsive and not breathing and had to be air lifted to UAB. I am a single parent with a beautiful 10 year old girl and I am now on a leave from my job due to my accident. I appreciate all of you who are concerned with my well being and I will forever be grateful for anything anyone can do for me at the time.
