Tamara's Corbett's Battle

Tamara has been diagnosed with Leukemia as of this morning after over a week of testing and  being isolated.  Tamara is originally from Alberta but she has been a true Cape Bretoner since moving here  with her husband who is from Westmount . We are still unsure about most of the details but she is being taken by ambulance tonight to start chemo in Halifax. Her sister Charity has flown down from Ontario to be by her side and help her through this.  She is in good spirits but very scared and worried about her family's needs. This is a big shocker to her and her beautiful family . Tamara has always  been the kind of person that would give the shirt off her own back to help a friend. We are hoping to raise some $ for travel expenses for her husband and also to relieve them of financial burdens while she gets better. Thanks so much for reading this and helping out.
