Tammy Evilsizer (Momo) funeral and memorial fund

Hello all, I’m very saddened to say we have lost Tammy Evilsizer ( my Mom aka Momo) after loosing her long painful battle with cancer. Along with her funeral expenses we would like to have a memorial stone made for her final resting place. All help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
