Tammy passed away unexpectedly on Saturday morning 16.07.2022

After being transferred from Armidale hospital to john hunter hospital located in Newcastle

Unfortunately although hospital staff did their best to resuscitate Tammy, her heart couldn't cope..

Which has left a hole in the hearts of her loved ones

Know that your support means everything to us as we navigate this painful time. nothing has prepared us for this immense feeling of loss and sorrow. We know that tammy loved you all very much, and we, as a family, appreciate the kindness you have extended to us.

Many of you have reached out to us and have asked how you can help us during this time. We really want to give Tammy's children jaylease 18, lyric 15, pascall 10 and rjay 8 and partner Rodney

Some closure with a small goodbye

As everything happened so sudden they weren't able to say goodbye before tammy was transferred to john hunter hospital

As you know funerals are quite costly and we also have the difficulties of transporting Tammy back home to Armidale and Being a rural town

we are looking at a cost of $5000.

which includes

transport fees

A private viewing

cremation

and legal paperwork fees.

If you are able to and comfortable doing so, we would really appreciate any donation, big or small, towards. bringing Tammy home to her life partner and children
