My name is Taylor. I have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder at 36, but made some very bad impulsive decisions during manic episodes when I was younger. I have almost completed my bachelor's degree in psychology to help others who are struggling like I have, but because of my past bad decisions, my employment opportunities are nearly zero. I have found a company that can remove my face tattoo for roughly $4000. I would truly appreciate any help.
