Tanatswa Maruma, a 16 year old boy in Form 4 at Falcon College in Zimbabwe, has been diagnosed with septic arthritis in both hips. This excruciating  condition requires, initially, blood transfusion and surgical intervention to drain his hip joints and alleviate the serious and potentially life threatening poisoning of his system. 

Tanatswa is a promising cricketer and academic. He is attending Falcon College on scholarship as he is from a disadvantage family who cannot afford to meet even the preliminary medical bills.
