Nothing, not even a breast cancer diagnosis, has interfered with my mother’s passion for making a difference.

Since her diagnosis, I’ve watched my mother bravely go through chemotherapy and a mastectomy, all the while choosing to be contributed to by the blessings and lessons this journey is providing. If anything, my mother has been propelled to allow these lessons to expand the depth of her contribution to others.  

If you know my mother, you know she has a special gift for breathing life into everything she does. Her ability to uncover love, connection and truth in everyone she meets is mystifying. Her deep compassion and a dose of magic allow everyone she touches to build an integrated life of joy and fulfillment.

Cancer is not a solo journey and there is a whole world of unanticipated expenses that have created daily financial stresses. Since her diagnosis, despite her desire to continue doing the work that brings her such joy, she has had to cease working due to the immense impact the treatment has had on her mind and body. With about a year more to go of rigorous treatments, she needs our help so she can focus on the healing she needs to do now. The financial strain is overwhelming as she needs to pay for medical costs not covered by insurance, rides to and from treatment, rent, food, and all basic living costs.

Let’s make it possible for my mom to get the best care and be able to focus on her healing without the looming fear of debt.
