Tanicha's Homecoming Fund
Donation protected
Recently myself and many others were devastated to learn of the unexpected passing of Tanicha Maxwell. I was Tanicha's nurse manager and had the honor of calling her friend & co-worker. I got to experience the amazing nurse and person she was. I remembered when she battled Covid in May and when I asked her how she felt she told me of the pain she was in but her next sentence was her asking about our patients. She always put our residents 1st and often worked doubles and overtime.
Tanicha was a not only compassionate, caring, nurse who loved her residents but her greatest love was her children. Below are the words from her eldest daughter Sylvie:
My mother Tanicha Maxwell was suddenly taken away Sunday October 26, 2020 she left behind two daughters, seven sons and four grandchildren. Tanicha spent the majority of her life working to provide for all of her loved ones. She never put a limit to how much she would give. She was always giving and thinking of others before herself. Always putting others wants and needs before her own while keeping her suffering quiet. Even after beating COVID-19 she continued to push herself to provide for her family until she physically couldn't anymore. Now we are asking for your help to give my mother a proper tribute.
*As mentioned Tanicha leaves behind 9 children including 4 who are still in middle and high school. We are asking for those who will to please donate in her memory to be a blessing to her younger children and to help this family deal with all of the unexpected expenses of this life gone to soon.....
