Tanks oral tumor removal

Since mid 2018 Tank had been scratching at his face , multiple vet visits, allergy shots nothing was helping. May of this year i opened his mouth and noticed what appeared to be an abscess on his upper tooth.
Why the vet never looked in his mouth over a year of monthly sometimes weekly visits is beyond me but they didn't.
We immediately went back to vet where we realized its not an abscess but some type of tumor as its hard and slow growing. I have been saving every penny possible to get him in for the surgery he needs but just am not getting anywhere. All credit is maxed and im at a loss .Its now been two months since his initial visit,
it's doubled in size and im humbly asking for your help . Watching your dog suffer is extremely difficult and i have had enough of that over the last few years. Any help is appreciated and donations can also be made directly to the vet Alicia pet care.
