Schule retten - Save school in Tanzania

Hallo, bei einem Urlaub in Tansania lernten wir Vincent Kinga kennen. Er hat im Jahr 2022 die Enyorata Primary School in der Nähe von Arusha am Fuße des Kilimandscharo in Tansania für Waisenkinder gegründet - siehe die Seite bei Facebook oder dieses Video:

Zu Beginn waren es nur ein paar Kinder. Inzwischen sind es über 500 Kinder, die dort eine Chance auf Bildung bekommen. Vincent und sein 36 köpfiges Team (darunter 18 Lehrer aber auch Köche, Busfahrer, Security, Gärtner, ...) haben mit sehr viel Herzblut und Engagement die Schule aufgebaut, die Räumlichkeiten hergerichtet, Schulmaterial und Möbel organisiert und Lehrkräfte eingestellt. Sie haben die ganzen lokalen Regularien erfüllt und sind nun eine anerkannte private Schule. Die Kinder können dort einen Schulabschluss machen und sich somit den Weg ins weitere Leben ebnen.

Das ganze wurde bisher im Wesentlichen durch Spenden finanziert. Vincent hat das Schulgelände bisher gemietet und regelmäßig die Miete bezahlt. Doch nun möchte der Besitzer das Gelände verkaufen. Die Existenz der Schule und damit die Zukunft der Kinder ist in Gefahr! Es ist nahezu unmöglich in der Nähe ein alternatives Gelände bzw. Gebäude in angemessener Größe zu finden. Schon gar nicht kurzfristig!

Die einzige Chance für Vincent und sein Team ist das bisherige Gelände selbst zu kaufen und somit die Existenz der Schule und damit die Zukunft der Kinder zu sichern.

Dafür sammeln wir eure Spenden! Benötigt werden 60.000€ um den Kauf des Geländes und der Gebäude zu finanzieren (auch wenn dies bei Weitem nicht die Preisvorstellung des Verkäufers in Höhe von 500.000$ ist) und damit den Fortbestand der Schule zu sichern. Die Zeit drängt - bitte entscheidet euch schnell und schickt eure Unterstützung.

Hello, we met Vincent Kinga during a vacation in Tanzania. He founded the Enyorata Primary School for orphans near Arusha at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania in 2022 - see Facebook or this video:

At the beginning, there were only a few children. Now there are over 500 children who are given the chance of an education there. Vincent and his team of 36 people (including 18 teachers, but also cooks, bus drivers, security, gardeners, ...) put their heart and soul into building the school, preparing the premises, organizing school materials and furniture and recruiting teachers. They have complied with all the local regulations and are now a certified private school. The children can complete their schooling there and thus pave the way for their future lives.

The whole project has so far been financed mainly through donations. Vincent has rented the school grounds so far and paid the rent regularly. But now the owner wants to sell the site. The existence of the school and therefore the future of the children is in danger! It is almost impossible to find an alternative site or building of an appropriate size in the area. Especially not in the short term!

The only chance for Vincent and his team is to buy the existing site themselves and thus secure the existence of the school and the future of the children.

We are collecting your donations for this! We need €60,000 to finance the purchase of the land and buildings and thus secure the school's continued existence (even if this is nowhere near the seller's asking price of $500,000). Time is running out - please decide quickly and send your support.
