Help Tara beat bowel cancer!

In October 2021, a month before her 40th birthday, my sister Tara received the devastating diagnosis of stage 4 bowel cancer. Since then she has endured 10 rounds of gruelling chemotherapy treatment which initially showed signs of improvement. However after the 10th round she was advised that the chemotherapy had stopped working and she needed to seek alternative treatment options. She has been referred for clinical trials but there is no guarantee a suitable trial will become available.

We have sought a second opinion from The Royal Marsden and some of the treatment options she has been recommended are not available on the NHS so we will need to fund them privately.

I have set up this page to raise funds to help cover the costs of future treatments to help her beat this horrible disease.
