Taryn's Leukemia Support Fund

Taryn (Jozefowicz) Snell was diagnosed with AML Leukemia on Saturday, April 15th, 2023. She is being treated by the hematology/oncology group at RWJBH/CINJ in New Brunswick, NJ. She will be receiving aggressive treatment to get rid of the cancer that is taking over her body, and will be staying in the hospital for some time away from her 5-month-old, Camryn.

Taryn will receive two types of chemo together, one for seven days and the other for three. Then, she will be in the hospital for three weeks in recovery. She will receive four more cycles where she will be admitted for about three days at a time. Once that is complete, she may need to be on preventative medicine or undergo a bone marrow biopsy.
