It is with deep sadness and broken hearts that we announce the passing of Tate Roussel, a beloved husband, father, son, brother, chef, teacher and friend. He was incredibly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. The viewing will be held at Forest Park East Funeral Home (21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598) on April 27th at 4:30 PM, and the Funeral Service will take place at Mary Queen Catholic Church (606 Cedarwood Dr, Friendswood, TX 77546) on April 28th at 2:00 PM with a viewing prior at 1:30 PM. Please join us in celebrating his life and honoring his memory. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
Tate leaves behind his wife of 15 years, Kathleen and children, T.J., Taylor, Gunnar and Darian, as well as a loving extended family. Tate was a well-known chef, food science and culinary educator at Clear Springs High School. He will be mourned also by the thousands of students and all who loved him in the community. Tate had a profound impact on all that knew him and we all loved him dearly.
His passing was unexpected and many have reached out asking where to donate to show support for Kathleen during this painful transition. 100% of donations made to this fund will go to cover the unexpected costs and other expenses resulting from his loss.
