Tater tot is on of my puppies, 4 months old. Flynn has had her in and out vets for 2 weeks, infection kidneys,lungs and now possible heart. She's exhausted her saving since she had a prior UTI before insurance. She's fighting it.

This is a sweet puppy. Please help
