Scholarship Fund in Honor of Tatum Brown Gardner
Donation protected
In loving memory of Tatum Brown Gardner, her family is establishing a scholarship fund to support women graduates of Willoughby South High School — the community where Tatum grew up, built lifelong friendships, and her love of learning was nurtured.
Tatum was a brilliant and creative mind, with a deep love for books, puzzles, technology, science, and discovery. After graduating from Willoughby South, she went on to earn her degree in accounting and computer science from Ohio Wesleyan University. She went on to pursue a career in information technology at a prestigious accounting firm, where her sharp mind, attention to detail, and love of solving puzzles could shine. Tatum had a special passion for STEM — she believed strongly in the power of women embracing knowledge, innovation, and using science to make the world a better place.
The family plans for this scholarship to be awarded to women graduates of Willoughby South High School who share Tatum’s love of learning and are pursuing degrees and careers in STEM-related fields. Through this fund, Tatum’s legacy will continue to inspire and support future generations of students as they follow their own dreams.
Tatum was a beloved wife, daughter, and sister; a friend to many; a pet mom; and a bright light in every life she touched. With your help, we can honor her incredible life by helping others pursue knowledge and opportunity.
Donations of any amount are deeply appreciated and will go directly toward the creation of this scholarship fund.
