For Logan & Penny in memory of Tatum Hopper

Donation protected
On Saturday, February 11, 2023, the world lost the kindest, purest, most beautiful soul, Tatum Hopper.

Tatum was a loving military wife to her husband Logan and the most incredible mother to her baby girl Penny Mae. Her family was her whole world, and she was theirs. Anyone who knew her knew how much she loved being Penny's mama. She was also a daughter, sister, friend, and so much more to so many people. She had a smile that lit up every room she walked into, an infectious laugh, a joyful heart, and the kindest soul we'd ever known. Her world revolved around loving people with her whole heart and making sure everyone around her felt loved, appreciated, and deeply cared about.

Tatum was also the Culture Care Coordinator for The PCS Pro Network. Her mission in that role was to ensure that every single member of the company felt seen, heard, and loved, and she executed it flawlessly day in and day out. She frequently spent hours on end sending care packages and handwritten notes, checking on people to make sure they were okay, sending coffee to tired mamas, sending food to people who were sick, and sending flowers to people who were hurting. She did all of these things with the most joyful heart, despite the struggles she was facing herself.

Tatum suffered from a rare disease called Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (or GPA). GPA is a systemic necrotizing vasculitis involving small and medium-sized blood vessels and granulomatous inflammation of the upper and lower respiratory systems. This essentially meant that her airway kept closing little by little, making it very difficult for her to breathe. For almost a year, she'd been seeing doctors, taking medications, and undergoing multiple surgeries fighting to breathe another day. We never thought this would be the outcome of all she was going through, but this disease took her from us far, far too soon. Tatum was only 24.

This is an unimaginable loss for Logan and Penny. The expenses of medical bills, funeral costs, and the adjustment to a whole new life will soon begin to add up, and they've been through enough. We want to ease their financial burden so they can focus on healing, being together, and finding their new normal in light of this tragedy. Any donation, no matter how small, will be greatly appreciated.

In addition to monetary gifts, Tatum's family has asked that we all keep her memory alive by letting her bright light shine through each and every one of us. Tell her story. Be kind. Spread joy. Love one another. Tatum left an incredible mark on this world and on our hearts. She was so loved, and she will be deeply, deeply missed.

Please join us in keeping Logan, Penny, and the rest of Tatum's family in your thoughts and prayers in the days, weeks, months, and years to come. They need our support now more than ever.
