Taxi Dave Recovery Fund

Hello my name is Natalie and I am a long time friend of Taxi Dave and his wife Tamara (and Godmother to their children). This fundraiser will go directly to Dave and his family to help with medical bills, lost wages, and car repairs.

 

Here is a brief description of what happened to Dave Coito early Sunday morning:

"On Sunday morning Taxi Dave gave a ride to two customers that turned into a robbery. There were shots fired in the taxi cab at Dave but none made contact. Taxi Dave was also beaten with the gun that resulted in 15 staples in his head as well as a broken hand from trying to cover his head from the blows. When he was taken to the hospital they ran tests to make sure he didn't have a brain injury. He ended up having to get 15 staples in the back of his head and surgery for his broken bones. "
