Taylan Perez

Our hearts are completely shattered over the devastating loss of our sweet, beloved Taylan in a tragic car accident. Unapologetically herself, beautiful, kind, funny, adventurous, and loving, Taylan had a heart which could only be described as pure gold.

Taylan was the most beautiful soul we’ve ever been blessed to have known and that sentiment seems to ring true with many others from the various messages and posts of outpouring love from her dear friends. Many noted Taylan’s infectious laugh, her ability to make anyone feel like they were the funniest person in the world, and her willingness to do anything to turn someone else’s bad day around. She never had a negative word to say about anyone and was always the first to remind everyone else around her how beautiful and wonderful they were as well. She taught us to live life to the fullest, not to be too concerned with the opinions of others, and that life is truly beautiful.

We are so proud of the person Taylan was and are so grateful to know that she was such a bright light in so many lives. It’s incredible to know how many people she was able to touch in her short 22 years.

We ask that you please lift Laura, Mike, Cameron, Jake, Rhett, Max and the rest of Taylan’s family up in prayer, as well as to send love and prayers to the families of the other victims.

Our Earth Angel was called Home by our Heavenly Father far sooner than any of us could possibly bear but we take comfort in the fact that she is assuredly adventuring up in Heaven now as we remember all the wonderful things about her and her time here with us. She was loved so dearly and will be unfathomably missed.
