Taylor Orlowski, a role model for young riders.

Taylor (aka Tay Tay) Orlowski was a nationally ranked equestrian rider who was an inspiration to her peers and a mentor to other young girls and women who dreamed of achieving her success in riding competitions. Taylor trained relentlessly to be the best and had established an incredible and special bond with Tom, her Westphalian horse, the two moved in harmony as they maneuvered through the course in competitions. Sadly, on the early morning of December 23rd, Taylor 18, was riding in a car with 5 other teens and was killed in a car accident. This accident was devastating to all the families and passengers in the car as well as all the young riders that looked up to Taylor.

Taylor always took the time to work with other young girls, mentoring them to improve their riding skills as well as set the example that hard work and discipline is required to win.

Donnie and Heather, Taylors’s parents, are respectfully asking your support to help establish a riding scholarship in Taylor’s name for other young aspiring riders. The scholarship will be awarded to young women who desire to achieve the accomplishments of Taylor through hard work, discipline, and mentorship to other riders. Funds will also be used to support the continued care and training of her horses and family support in this devastating time.
