Let's raise money to get the bench for Taylor

It seems like the only time Taylor ever sat down was at Lookout Park. He especially liked to go "sit on Will," which was the memorial bench placed there for our friend who passed before him. Taylor spent many, many good times in that spot with friends, in happiness and in heartache. He said he would like be a bench there someday, too. So, with your help, we're bound to make it happen. (Legally, which maybe he would have thought was lame.)

To place a memorial bench at Taylor's favorite spot, facing west toward each day's end, we need to raise $3,000 together.

As our favorite hill in a city built on hills, Lookout is a place that we can share with each other. It's the place where Katy and Taylor insisted on having their first date and falling in love, and one of the only safe spaces where we could gather in times when the world felt extra scary.

It would be comforting to know that, in such a special and public park, everyone who knew Taylor and even people who might be just passing through will still be able to spend time with him on his bench – sit on him, like he wanted.

Any extra donations will go to the family scholarship fund.
