Taz's life saving surgery

My best friend Taz, a big, fluffy, gentle and kind hearted German Shepard, had a life saving GDV surgery where his stomach got flipped and twisted inside his body. Unfortunately he is having internal bleeding complications after his surgery and requires blood transfusions and another possible surgery. The surgery itself ranges between $7,000-$10,500 dollars, plus the blood transfusions are around $1,500-$2,500. He is one of the best dogs on this planet and doesn't deserve to suffer through this pain. I am asking for any amount possible to help with the cost of the medical bills because my family and I are doing everything in our power to save him. Anything you can spare helps and would be greatly appreciated. I just want him to be able to come home again.
