UNITE's first project, the Barrow Soup Kitchen is almost good to go thanks to the overwhelming support of the people of the Furness area.
We now need to get some funds for insurance and other set up costs and we will hopefully be up and running before Christmas.
Thanks for the food donations that have come in so far and thanks again for your support.
Together we can make a real positive difference to peoples lives who have it tough because of benefit sanctions or whatever reason.
