Trial By Fire Youth Track & Field Club has an awesome opportunity to participate in the AAU National Club Championships. On July 12-18, 2015, the Amateur Athletic Union will celebrate its 19th Annual AAU National Club Championships 2015 at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Kissimmee, Florida. For the first time in our club history, we anticipate taking approximately 20 student-athletes to represent not only Trial By Fire Youth Track & Field Club, but also the city of Nashville, Tennessee and surrounding areas. This is a tremendous achievement for all of our student-athletes as they have worked extremely hard over the past months and now we are getting ready to head to the AAU National Club Championships!
Each of our student-athletes are dedicated and hard at work trying to raise the necessary funds to compete in this prestigious and elite event. As coaches, parents, and volunteer supporters, we are asking for your support to help our student-athletes cross the finish line at this great event. We are asking family, friend, acquaintances, and EVERYONE to help our track club reach (or exceed) our goal of $3,000 to fund our journey to a National Club Championship 2015! We are a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization and all donations are tax deductible. 100% of your donations will help offset entry fees, transportation cost, lodging expenses, and meals. Can YOU help us get there? Can we count on YOU for support?
The mission of Trial By Fire Youth Track & Field Club is to empower youth, between 18 years & under living in the Nashville Davidson county and surrounding areas, to live healthy active lifestyles through exercise, nutrition education, youth athletics, academic integrity, and character building skills. Realizing that physical activity and healthy eating habits proves to be the cornerstone for combating childhood obesity, character-building programs of Trial By Fire Youth Track & Field Club aspire to bring children, youth, and their families together to experience the joys of athletic activity within a supportive environment emphasizing fun elements of friendly competition alongside promoting values of academic integrity, self-worth, discipline, teamwork, and good character; while empowering children and youth to reach his or her fullest potential.
On behalf of our student-athletes, parents, and volunteers, I would like to thank you in advance for your consideration and generosity to assist us on our journey to Kissimmee, Florida and make available the opportunity to represent our club and city at the 19th Annual AAU National Club Championships 2015. We would also like to thank you for helping us educate, train, raise awareness, and teach children and youth how physical activity and healthy eating habits can benefit their lives, their communities, and toward their future.
If you would like more information, we will be happy to answer any questions you may have. You may reach us by email at [email redacted].
