One of our Own Needs our Help

Danielle Preece is one of the hard-working ladies in our Accounting Department, and she needs our help. Danielle has been battling stage 4 colon cancer for over a year. She has endured multiple surgeries and is now going through chemotherapy treatments. At the same time, her husband has been dealing with medical issues preventing him from returning to his former job. With one child in college and one in 11th grade, it has not been easy for the Preece family to keep up with bills and ensure their children have everything they need.

When we asked Danielle to tell us in her words, this is what she said:

"I found a great job with Step One Automotive Group. The people I work with are absolutely wonderful; they truly care about their employees at Step One; my coworkers are the best group of people you could ask for. Everyone at work has been so supportive, telling me, 'do what you need to do; you will always have your job here.' My Step One family has blessed me, and I couldn't ask for a better company to work for."
