Help save Riley

Hi everyone. My name is Taylor Canto and I am reaching out seeking for help and to spread awareness for the dangers in our own backyards. 4 years ago our lives changed for the better when we rescued my healthy, energetic, loving dog Riley. Recently he suddenly became very ill when I found him hunched over, lethargic and lacking all energy which, if anyone knows Riley, is very unlike him. After a long visit to the vet, they discovered he had severe liver and kidney damage due to consuming wild poisonous mushrooms while roaming in and around my backyard. They are very common especially due to the moisture with the coming months and can be deadly when consumed by dogs. Riley had to have IV’s, blood work, and X-rays done and the cost is much more than I had expected. In order to help him beat this he needs to be monitored at a veterinary hospital for few days so he can be on a constant IV and antibiotics to flush this horrible toxin out of his helpless little body. However, as every pet owner knows hospital bills can get extremely expensive.  I am not only seeking help for my best friend but want to help educate and spread awareness to all loving pet owners of the possible dangers in their own back yard. This is something nobody should have to watch their pet go through and any donations would be much appreciated.
