Tracey Carrington Scholarship Fund

Tracey Carrington passed away on September 6th, 2018, at 25 years old. Tracey was a charismatic, quick-witted young lady who had a beautiful smile that could light up a room. She had a contagious laugh and a caring, giving soul.

Tracey attended Morgan State University, where she was a fierce competitor for the women's basketball team. Tracey had an illustrious playing career at Morgan State University. She graduated as the school's 4th all time leader in points with 1536 points and 13th all time in steals with 124.

Leader Breeders, along with generous members of the Baltimore Community would like to create the Tracey Carrington Scholarship Fund. The Tracey Carrington Scholarship Fund will support student-athletes at Morgan State University that are either walk-ons or on partial scholarship. This scholarship will help Morgan State University student-athletes with books, tuition, dues, etc. to make their dream of higher education a reality.

5% of the fund will be awarded each semester for as long as Morgan State University is open! Our initial goal is to raise $10,000 to establish the fund, and then we would like to add to it yearly.

We want Tracey's caring and giving soul to live on and extend her legacy through this scholarship fund. Please donate and help keep Tracey's light shining bright.
