Raise money for Lawyer

Peace be upon you and the mercy and blessings of Allah. My dear brothers and sisters, the reason for opening this account is to stand by our sister Samira, who is going through difficult psychological, health, and financial circumstances due to her lack of legal documents in the United States, which would allow her to access the country's assistance programs. She has been in America for over thirty years, during which she hasn't had the chance to visit Morocco, and many of her family members, including her father, have passed away without her being able to see them.

Samira is determined to live in her adopted country, America, and it's also challenging for her to travel to and stay in Morocco without her daughter. Samira has the opportunity to become a legal immigrant through a lawyer who assured her that the case has become easier due to legal loopholes in her current situation.

My dear brothers and sisters, the amount mentioned above is for covering the lawyer's fees so that he can work on Samira's case and help her realize her dream of going to her homeland before her health deteriorates. Let's join hands, stand together, and help our sister Samira. May Allah reward the doers of good, and may He bless you, your parents, and your children in this world and the hereafter.

إخواني أخواتي الكرام سبب فتح هذا الحساب هو الوقوف بجانب أختنا سميرة التي تمر بظروف نفسية و صحية و مادية مزرية جراء عدم توفرها على أوراق قانونية أمريكية تخول لها الاستفادة من مساعدات البلاد فقد مر على تواجدها هنا في أمريكا مايفرق عن ثلاثين سنة لم يسبق لها فيها أن زارت المغرب حتى أن العديد من أهلها وافتهم المنية دون أن تراهم و على رأسهم والدها رحمة الله عليهم أجمعين و ذالك راجع على أن ابنتها متشبثة بالعيش في بلدها أمريكا و كذالك لان أختنا سميرة مطلقة و يصعب عليها السفر و الاقامة في المغرب بدون ابنتها ،

أختنا سميرة عندها فرصة أن تكون مهاجرة قانونيا و ذالك عن طريق محامي الذي أكد لها أن القضية الان أصبحت أسهل من الماضي لثغرات قانونية في الحالة التي تتواجد فيها الآن .

إخواني اخواني المبلغ المشار له أعلاه هي مصاريف المحامي حتى يقف على قضية أختنا سميرة و تحقيق حلمها في أن تذهب لبلدها الأم قبل أن تصبح غير قادرة صحيا على ذالك. ولنضع اليد في اليد و نقف وقفة رجل واحد و نساعد اختنا سميرة و الله لا يضيع أجر المحسنين و جزاكم الله خيرا و عوضكم و والديكم و أولادكم الله في الدنيا و الاخرة.
